Introduction & Agreement
By accessing Flowent, you agree to enter a simulation designed for educational purposes.
1. AI Hallucinations & Accuracy
Flowent uses Generative AI. While we optimize for pedagogical accuracy, the AI may occasionally produce incorrect grammar ("Hallucinations") or fictional facts. The "Scenario Engine" is a simulation tool, not a certified language examiner.
2. Code of Conduct
You may not use the AI to generate hate speech, explicit content, or illegal output. Our "Deep Brain" monitors for abuse patterns. Violations result in immediate ban without refund.
3. Content Ownership
Your voice is yours. The unique "Scenario Definitions" and "Pedagogical Algorithms" are the property of Flowent. You grant us a limited license to process your voice solely to provide the service.
4. Limitation of Liability
Flowent is provided "as is." We are not liable for any misunderstandings or real-world consequences resulting from language learned within the simulation.
